Cranberry Orange Loaf With Mayo?

I am a busy bzz'ing bee today about Hellman's Real Mayonnaise.
Bzz agents spread word-of-mouth on products honestly. I'm honestly telling you that this product is not just
for sandwiches. I already knew you could replace Hellman's in many recipes that called for eggs. I used it last night
in homemade hamburgers instead of eggs and last week used it in my meatloaf and a creamy, tasty consistency resulted.
Here's a recipe from the Hellman's, 'Be Famous for your Food' campaign that I'm anxious to try:

Cranberry Orange Loaf
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp grated orange peel
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 cup hellman's real mayonnaise
grease a loaf pan and prehead over to 350 f (180 degrees celsius)
In a large bowl, combine wet ingredients and in a seperate bowl combine dry ingredients. Once mixed, blend
together just intil moistened and spoon into pan
Bake 60 to 70 minutes until done and cool on a rack 10 minutes.
Makes about 12 servings.

Hellmans also tastes great as a spread for fish. A cousin from British Columbia baked salmon for us covered in
mayonnaise and dill and it tasted awesome.
