mmmmmm--Lemon Bundt Cake

The most simple, yet best tasting dessert ever has to be the glazed lemon bundt cake made by a family friend.
I have almost cracked the recipe with a bit of help from Duncan Hines and my mother-in-law.
This is simple and delicious and so incredibly delectible, you'll think you're in cake heaven!
Lemon cake with a lemony, sugary glaze.
Yum!

Take a Duncan Hines lemon cake mix, a box of instant lemon jello pudding and follow the duncan hines directions but also add the jello pudding into the batter.
Cook according to the directions in a fluted bundt pan.

Make a glaze with a cup of icing sugar, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a dash of milk.
Paint the glaze on the cooled cake with a basting brush and let sit for a few hours.
It's SO freaking yummy you'll almost wet your pants!

I'm planning to make one for myself!
This is a lovely craft idea for a wedding or baby shower or to make for someone you love. You can use many colour ideas and additional accessories such as ribbons and rhinestones.
Flowers make a lovely gift.
