Yummy Pomegranate Juice

I recently began hearing about the latest in juicing craze which is pomegranate juice. I decided to look into it and share what I found.

Incorporating healthy juices such as pomegranate into your diet can have a very positive affect on your overall health.
Pomegranate juice has a high concentration of antioxidant properties which can fend off the free radicals that cause cancer. Everyone seems to be on a quest today to get the most antioxidants into their system. The 5 to 10 a day (servings of fruits and vegetables) philosophy ain't going away for a reason. It works.

Antioxidants are also a great defense against premature aging. Some call foods containing high levels of antioxidants the fountain of youth.

One of the pomegranate properties that make it a very sought after fruit in the quest for optimal health is its' high concentration of polyphenol.

, who represented Nancy Burpee on a pro bono basis after her disqualification in attempting to participate in the '04 Paralympic Games held in Athens, Greece.
Ms. Burpee, an award winning swimmer was disqualified by an Australian referee on a procedural technicality and felt she was not trated with unbiased judgement and contacted Kevin P. Simmons, a partner at Simmons, Jannace & Stagg to represent her in having the disqualification overturned.
Although Ms. Burpee showed being treated unfairly and certain paralympic protocol was not followed as demosntrated by the firm, the arbitrator did not overturn the decision.
Nancy Burpee has not let this decision alter her drive and ambition and she will compete in the World Championships in the upcoming year.
